Final Order — Mortgage Broker
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with New Millennium Mortgage Co. and its owners, Frederick Timothy Mapp and Paula J. Mapp. The Respondents admitted to failing to timely submit the mortgage call report for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, in violation of Florida Statutes. As part of the settlement, the Respondents agreed to pay a $1,000 administrative fine and cease future violations of the relevant mortgage broker laws.
