Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Riva Motor Sports Miami, Inc. and Michael Martin, finding they engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from January 1, 2017, through May 15, 2026.
