Final Order — Mott's Inc. and Jack Mott
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Mott's Inc. and its owner Jack Mott to resolve violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. The Respondents admitted to failing to timely report changes to officers and the registered agent, agreeing to cease future violations and pay a $2,000 administrative fine. By consenting to this order, the Respondents waived their rights to an administrative hearing and contested findings in exchange for the Office forbearing from further litigation.
