Final Order — Stephen Michael Cunha
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation adopts a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving charges against Stephen Michael Cunha for rendering unregistered investment advisory services in Florida. Cunha is ordered to pay an administrative fine of $5,000 and cease violations of Chapter 517, Florida Statutes.
