I. Dynamics of Publicly Offered Companies

  3. Chencheng Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Listed Company, Stock Code 4960) declared an issuance of 114,000,000 ordinary shares via cash capital increase, with a par value of NT$10 per share, totaling NT$1,140,000,000. The case was suspended effective immediately by the Financial Supervisory Commission pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the "Guidelines for Issuers' Raising and Issuing of Securities," because the company still had insufficient required information in its declaration documents.   4. Antero Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (OTC Company, Stock Code 6564) declared an issuance of 11,000,000 ordinary shares via cash capital increase, with a par value of NT$10 per share, totaling NT$110,000,000. The company corrected the incomplete declaration documents on its own on June 15, 2026, and sent copies to relevant units. The Financial Supervisory Commission, pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the "Guidelines for Issuers' Raising and Issuing of Securities," restarted the calculation from the date of completion of correction. If there are no major abnormalities, the case is expected to take effect after 7 business days. III. Case of Imposing a Fine on EY United Certified Public Accountants

  1. Time of Penalty: June 16, 2026
  2. Target of Penalty: EY United Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as "EY Office").
  3. Legal Basis for Penalty: Article 20, Paragraph 1 and Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act in effect at the time of the act.
  4. Facts and Reasons for Violation: EY Office sent an email for a campus recruitment activity, but due to human error, mistakenly sent a file containing personal data to external recipients. This was not reasonably related to the specific purpose of collecting personal data, nor was it within the necessary scope, and consent from the parties was not obtained. This constitutes a violation of Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act in effect at the time of the act. Furthermore, EY Office failed to adopt appropriate security measures for emails containing files with personal data, resulting in the leakage of personal data. This constitutes a violation of Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act in effect at the time of the act.
