Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero, as well as Report No. 1520-2021-SMV/12.1 dated December 13, 2021; CONSIDERING: That, by letter dated October 7, 2021, Mint Investment SAS, Ms. Maryoiry Liliana Ávila Rubio, and Mr. Germán Octavio Montt Valero, requested authorization for the organization of a financial participatory financing administrator company to be named Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero; That, according to the information presented, the organizers mentioned in the preceding paragraph will have a shareholding participation of 99.99%, 0.0003%, and 0.0003% respectively, in the share capital of Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it is evident that the organizers of Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero have met the requirements for obtaining the organizational authorization established in Articles 7 and 8 of the Regulation of the Financial Participatory Financing Activity and its Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 045-2021-SMV/02 (hereinafter, the Regulation), as developed in Report No. 1520-2021-SMV/12.1 of the General Directorate of Research and Innovation; That, furthermore, since no objections were raised regarding the organization of the financial participatory financing platform administrator company or the persons organizing it, within the term established by Article 8 of the Regulation, the requested authorization must be granted;

SMV Superintendency of the Securities Market "Decade of Equal Opportunities for Women and Men" "Year of the Bicentennial of Peru: 200 years of independence" "Perú suyunchikpa Iskay Pachak Watan: iskay pachak watañam qispisqanmanta karun" Being subject to the provisions of Title IV of Urgency Decree No. 013-2020, through which the Executive Power approved measures promoting the financing of SMEs, Entrepreneurships, and Startups; in Chapter I of Title II of the Regulation; as well as the provisions of numeral i), of clause 11, of Article 53°, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by DS No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1°.- Grant to Mint Investment SAS, Ms. Maryoiry Liliana Ávila Rubio, and Mr. Germán Octavio Montt Valero, the organizational authorization for a financial participatory financing platform administrator company to be named Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero. Article 2°.- The organizational authorization referred to in the preceding article will have an irrevocable validity of one (01) year from its notification to the organizers. Article 3°.- This resolution does not authorize Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero to carry out the activity of financial participatory financing. For this purpose, it must previously obtain the respective operating authorization from the Superintendency of the Securities Market. Article 4°.- This resolution must be published in the Official Gazette El Peruano within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days. Article 5°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.smv.gob.pe). Article 6°.- Notify this resolution to Mr. Jorge Luis Mansilla Vásquez, in his capacity as representative of the organizers. Register, communicate, and publish.
