General Directorate of Research and Innovation Resolution No. 002-2021
The General Directorate of Research and Innovation grants organizational authorization to Mint Investment SAS, Maryoiry Liliana Ávila Rubio, and Germán Octavio Montt Valero to establish Bloom Crowdfunding S.A.C. Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero. This authorization is valid for one year from notification and does not permit the entity to conduct financial participatory financing activities until separate operating authorization is obtained from the Superintendency of the Securities Market. The resolution requires publication in the Official Gazette within fifteen business days and dissemination on the Superintendency's website.
