HAVING SEEN: The file No. 2026024567 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 1090-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Superintendent of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until July 8, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of the mutual fund named "GC Viento Aliado Dólares FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in: (i) Articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Societies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1090-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- To order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "GC Viento Aliado Dólares FMIV", its simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in Article 1st of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of quotas of the cited mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- To transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
