Considering: That, by means of a written submission presented on March 04, 2026, La Joya Mining S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV, within the framework of an advance proceeding, the registration of the “First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Joya” and the registration of the corresponding Master Prospectus in the section “Of securities and/or emission programs registered in the Alternative Securities Market” of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; as well as the registration, within the framework of the aforementioned emission program, of the securities “First Emission of the First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Joya” and the registration of the corresponding Complement to the Master Prospectus in the section “Of securities and/or emission programs registered in the Alternative Securities Market” of the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange; That, after the respective evaluation, the General Intendancy of Conduct Supervision ruled on what was requested by La Joya Mining S.A.C., issuing General Supervision of Conducts Intendancy Resolution SMV No. 026-2026-SMV/11.1 of May 06, 2026; however, it has been noted that in the reasoning and in the operative part of the aforementioned resolution there is a typographical error in the denomination of the emission program of La Joya Mining S.A.C., because “First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Loya” was recorded, when it should have been recorded “First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Joya”; That, taking into account the preceding reasoning, it corresponds that the aforementioned resolution be rectified, in accordance with what is provided in article 201, numeral 201.1, of the Single Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law No. 27444, approved by Supreme Decree No. 006-2026-JUS; it being necessary to note that the aforementioned rectification does not alter the meaning of the decision issued by the General Intendancy of Conduct Supervision;

I.C.L.V.; and to the Lima Stock Exchange S.A.; as well as that it be disseminated on the Institutional Website of the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv); and, Being in accordance with what is provided in article 201, numerals 201.1 and 201.2, of the Single Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law No. 27444; as well as by article 46, numerals 4 and 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. Resolves: Article 1°.- To rectify, in accordance with what is provided in article 201, numeral 201.1, of the Single Text of the General Administrative Procedure Law No. 27444, approved by Supreme Decree No. 006-2026-JUS, the typographical error in the denomination of the emission program of La Joya Mining S.A.C. that exists in the reasoning and operative part of General Supervision of Conducts Intendancy Resolution SMV No. 026-2026-SMV/11.1 of May 06, 2026, according to the following detail: Where it says: “First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Loya” It must say: “First Short-Term Instrument Emission Program – La Joya” Article 2°.- To disseminate this resolution on the Institutional Website of the Securities Market Superintendence on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 3°.- To transcribe this resolution to La Joya Mining S.A.C., in its capacity as issuer; to Acres Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A., in its capacity as placement agent and structuring entity; to CAVALI S.A.
