The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026019244 initiated by Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., as well as Report No. 683-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, on April 19, 2022, the automatic registration was ordered, under the Simplified Regime, of the investment fund named "Fondo Edifica Global – Fondo de Inversión" and its respective participation regulations in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Subsequently, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 125-2022-SMV/10.2 of November 18, 2022, the modification of the fund's registration was ordered, from Simplified Regime to General Regime;

That, in accordance with what is established by article 45 of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Managing Societies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, a managing society may request the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its management;

That, through a document presented on April 23, 2026, Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Fondo Edifica Global – Fondo de Inversión" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the duration term of the fund;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with what is established in: (i) articles 45 and 46 of the Regulations of Securities Investment Funds and their Managing Societies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 683-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established by article 1°, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and, article 38, numeral 6, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1º.- To order the registration of the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Fondo Edifica Global – Fondo de Inversión", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2°.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3º.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1° of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4º.- Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. must send to the participants a summary of the modifications in the next investment statement.

Article 5°.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv ).

Article 6º.- To transcribe this resolution to Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
