CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M 28 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025038316 on August 29, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Dollar Income Mutual Funds IV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, Article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the duration term of the fund as established in item c)1;

That, Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to expiration of the term corresponds; and,

Being in accordance with Article 38, item 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M 28 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in their capacity as custodian.
