CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named “IF 43 Custodia Dólares FMIV” was registered via file No. 2025022834 on May 21, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Second Program of Mutual Funds Custodia Dólares” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c)1;

That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to the expiration of its term is required; and,

Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named “IF 43 Custodia Dólares FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
