File 2026016532, submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Soles Institucional FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025044604 on October 13, 2025, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, Article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c)1;

That, BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to the expiration of the term; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Soles Institucional FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in their capacity as custodian.
