SEEN:

The file No. 2026022132 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 826-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Management Resolution No. 058- 2004-EF/94.11 of June 25, 2004, the registration of the investment fund "Coril Short-Term Instruments 7 – Investment Fund", currently named "Coril Financial Instruments 7 – Investment Fund", was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations;

That, according to what is established in article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, an administrator company can request the Securities Market Superintendence the registration of modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration;

That, by writing presented on May 6, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of a modification to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Financial Instruments 7 – Investment Fund" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the duration term of the fund;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in article 45 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence,

approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 826-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is provided by article 1, subsection b), of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38, subsection 6), of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the modification to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Financial Instruments 7 – Investment Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a term not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the modification to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1st of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution in the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
