General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 094-2026-SMV/10.2

Fund Administrator Company; WHEREAS: That, the mutual fund investment program in securities called “Conditional Barrier” was registered by means of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 067-2018-SMV/10.2 on June 1, 2018, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual fund investment program in securities called “Stepped Coupon” was registered by means of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 068-2018-SMV/10.2 on June 1, 2018, in the REGISTRY; and that, by means of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 102-2018-SMV/10.2, the modification regarding the term of validity of said program was approved, with a new effective date of September 6, 2018; That, the mutual fund investment program in securities called “Stepped Coupon Soles” was registered by means of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 086-2018-SMV/10.2 on August 2, 2018, in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual fund investment program in securities called “Conditional Barrier Soles” was registered by means of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 091-2018-SMV/10.2 on August 10, 2018, in the REGISTRY; That, Article 45-B of the Regulation on Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Administering Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that programs shall have a maximum validity of 6 years and that during said period one or more mutual funds for investment in securities may be registered in the REGISTRY;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, the mutual fund investment programs in securities indicated in the preceding paragraphs have exceeded the validity period permitted by the regulations; That, all mutual funds for investment in securities registered through said programs have been excluded from the REGISTRY. Consequently, the ex officio exclusion of the referred programs due to the expiration of their validity is appropriate; and, In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual fund investment programs in securities named “Conditional Barrier”, “Stepped Coupon”, “Stepped Coupon Soles” and “Conditional Barrier Soles” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish.
