General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 095-2026-SMV/10.2

VIEWED:

File No. 2026025126 and the information from the Public Registry of the Securities Market regarding the mutual fund investment programs currently maintained by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A.;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual fund investment program named "Dollar Income Mutual Fund Program" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 102-2019-SMV/10.2 on November 14, 2019, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That the mutual fund investment program named "Sol Income Mutual Fund Program" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 103-2019-SMV/10.2 on November 19, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment program named "Dollar Binaries Mutual Fund Program" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 114-2019-SMV/10.2 on November 28, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment program named "Enhanced Sol Mutual Fund Program" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 115-2019-SMV/10.2 on November 28, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment program named "Sol Binaries Mutual Fund Program" was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 116-2019-SMV/10.2 on November 28, 2019, in the REGISTRY;

That Article 45-B of the Regulations for Mutual Fund Investment Programs and their Administrating Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that programs shall have a maximum validity of 6 years and that during this period one or more mutual fund investment programs may be registered in the REGISTRY;

That the mutual fund investment programs indicated in the preceding paragraphs have exceeded the validity period permitted by the regulations;

That all mutual fund investment programs registered through said programs have been excluded from the REGISTRY. Consequently, the ex officio exclusion of the aforementioned programs due to the expiration of their validity corresponds; and,

Being in accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market of the mutual fund investment programs named "Dollar Income Mutual Fund Program", "Sol Income Mutual Fund Program", "Dollar Binaries Mutual Fund Program", "Enhanced Sol Mutual Fund Program", and "Sol Binaries Mutual Fund Program".

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. in its capacity as custodian.
