The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 096-2026-SMV/10.2 Lima, June 1, 2026 The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities HAVING SEEN: The file No. 2026022587 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 808-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING: That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 142-2021-SMV/10.2 of December 23, 2021, the registration of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 10 – Fondo de Inversión" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations; That, according to what is established by article 45 of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, an administrating company may request the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration; That, by written submission presented on May 8, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 10 – Fondo de Inversión" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the duration period of the fund; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in articles 44 and 45 of the Regulations of Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 808-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with what is established by article 1, subsection b) of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and article 38, numeral 6), of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1st.- Order the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Instrumentos de Corto y Mediano Plazo 10 – Fondo de Inversión", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Article 2nd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution. Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in article 1st of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution. Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. Register, communicate and publish.
