Fund Management Company, as well as Report N° 1063-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Superintendency of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of Securities Market; WHEREAS: That, through writings submitted until July 10, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Superintendency of Securities Market – SMV to register modifications to the mutual fund investment program in securities called “Cupón Memoria Dólares”; That, said modifications refer to the objective and investment policy of the aforementioned program; That, to date, there are no mutual funds for investment in securities registered under the “Cupón Memoria Dólares” program, and therefore it has no participants; That, from the evaluation of the submitted documentation, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) articles 45-E and 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 115-2025-SMV/02, as detailed in Report N° 1063-2026-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

Article 2.- The modifications to the program referred to in the preceding Article 1 come into effect on July 13, 2026. Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company. Register, communicate and publish.
