SEEN: The file No. 2026027828 initiated by Prudentialsaf Fund Administrator Society S.A.C., as well as Report No. 1220-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy.

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until August 7, 2026, Prudentialsaf Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Variable Global Soles Fondo de Fondos FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Prudentialsaf Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. complies with the provisions of: (i) Articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1220-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraphs 6 and 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Variable Global Soles Fondo de Fondos FMIV" in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in Article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence recommends the subscription of shares of mutual investment funds in securities nor expresses a favorable opinion on their profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Prudentialsaf Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to Prudentialsaf Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
