SEEN:

The File No. 2026033105 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 1385-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendency;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted until September 3, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendency to register modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservador Liquidez Soles FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the modifications subject of the request refer to the creation of a new series, changes in the unified commission, and clarifications in the allocation of the share value, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1385-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservador Liquidez Soles FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, shall enter into force on September 21, 2026.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
