The Acting General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026024504 submitted by Popular S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión and Report No. 1075-2026-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Autonomous Patrimony Directorial Resolution No. 027-2011-EF/94.06.2 dated August 31, 2011, the registration of the investment fund named "Fondo Capital Emprendedor – Fondo de Inversión" and its corresponding participation regulations were ordered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Article 120, letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrators, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the General Assembly of Participants, as developed in Report No. 1075-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund named "Fondo Capital Emprendedor – Fondo de Inversión" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
