File 2026030149, submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A.;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M 9 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025045785 on October 21, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds in Soles IV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That Article 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in item c)1;

That Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A. submitted the custodian's letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATION has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to the expiration of its term; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Soles 6M 9 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A. and to Scotiabank Peru S.A.A., in their capacity as custodian.

Register, notify, and publish.
