Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1203-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING: That, on July 14, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the automatic registration of the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Dólares 1 FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, within the framework of the structured mutual fund program named "Cupón Memoria Dólares";

That, through Letter No. 3357-2026-SMV/10.2 of July 15, 2026, the General Supervision of Entities – IGSE formulated observations to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the fund referred to in the previous paragraph, by virtue of its supervisory functions over the documentation registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, through writings presented until July 24, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Dólares 1 FMIV";

That, the proposed modifications include changes to the text regarding the payment of benefits and an increase in the minimum initial subscription amount;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company complies with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Securities Mutual Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1203-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES: Article 1st.- Approve the registration of modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Dólares 1 FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on August 5, 2026.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
