Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1204-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING: That, on July 14, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the automatic registration of the mutual fund investing in securities named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Soles 1 FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, within the framework of the structured mutual fund program named "Cupón Memoria Soles"; That, through Letter No. 3358-2026-SMV/10.2 of July 16, 2026, the General Supervision of Entities – IGSE formulated observations on the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the fund referred to in the previous paragraph, by virtue of its supervisory functions over the documentation registered for the fund in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through writings presented by July 24, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund investing in securities named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Soles 1 FMIV"; That, the proposed modifications include changes to the text regarding the payment of benefits and an increase in the minimum initial subscription amount; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Funds Investing in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1204-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES: Article 1st.- Approve the registration of modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund investing in securities named "Credicorp Capital 24M Cupón Memoria Soles 1 FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Article 2nd.- The modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the fund referred to in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on August 5, 2026. Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish.
