HAVING SEEN:

The file No. 2026013159 initiated by Promoinvest Fund Administrator Company S.A.A., as well as Report No. 1194-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until July 30, 2026, Promoinvest Fund Administrator Company S.A.A. requested the registration of the mutual fund named "Notas Estructuradas FMIV PRINS4", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Promoinvest Fund Administrator Company S.A.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38, 39 and 40 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1194-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Notas Estructuradas FMIV PRINS4", its simplified prospectus, participation regulations and respective annex, as well as the administration contract, to be used in the management of the aforementioned fund, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in Article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence recommends the subscription of quotas of the cited mutual investment fund or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- Promoinvest Fund Administrator Company S.A.A. must remit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the documents indicated in the preceding Article 1, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Promoinvest Fund Administrator Company S.A.A. and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
