The General Superintendent of Entity Supervision

HAVING SEEN:

File 2026033076, submitted by Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A.;

CONSIDERING:

That the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Nota Estructurada XII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025017781 on April 22, 2025, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That Article 183 of the Regulations on Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrating Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, having established in subsection f) of said Article the possibility to include other causes for liquidation in the participation regulations;

That Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the FUND from the REGISTRY, as the early liquidation cause established in the annex of the participation regulations corresponding to the FUND has occurred;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is appropriate given the occurrence of a circumstance established in the participation regulations; and,

Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual fund named "SF Nota Estructurada XII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
