File 2026038260, presented by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 3 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025052680 on December 2, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Global Investment" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 4 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025052678 on December 2, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Global Investment" in the REGISTRY;

That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 5 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2026007810 on February 18, 2026, as part of the mutual fund program named "Global Investment" in the REGISTRY;

That, Article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed in the circumstances of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1;

That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to the expiration of the term is required; and,

1 Expired duration term, when this has been determined in the simplified prospectus.

Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 3 FMIV", "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 4 FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 3M Global Investment 5 FMIV".

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
