Government's Decree No. 158/2020/ND-CP on derivative securities and the derivative securities market
On December 31, 2020, the Prime Minister signed and promulgated Government's Decree No. 158/2020/ND-CP, which regulates derivative securities and the derivative securities market. This Decree takes effect from January 1, 2021. It replaces Government's Decree No. 42/2015/ND-CP dated May 5, 2015, which previously governed the same subject.
