Instruction No. 2014-I-08 of August 22, 2014, regarding the transmission to the ACPR of prudential documents (consolidated version)

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) mandates that establishments and financial companies subject to EU Regulation No 575/2013 prepare prudential documents in euros or, for Pacific overseas territories, in Pacific francs. These documents must be transmitted to the ACPR General Secretariat via XML-XBRL teletransmission according to technical specifications defined by the Secretariat, under the conditions set by Instruction No. 2025-I-05. This consolidated instruction, modified by Instruction No. 2025-I-05 of May 22, 2025, entered into force upon its publication on August 22, 2014.

PRUDENTIAL CONTROL AND RESOLUTION AUTHORITY

Instruction No. 2014-I-08 of August 22, 2014 regarding the transmission to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority of prudential documents Modified by Instruction No. 2025-I-05 of May 22, 2025

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Article L. 612-24; Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 26, 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms; Having regard to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 of April 16, 2014 laying down reporting templates for prudential supervision of institutions pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council; Having regard to the opinion of the Advisory Committee on Prudential Affairs dated February 12, 2014; Decides:

Article 1 Establishments and financial companies within the meaning of EU Regulation No 575/2013 shall prepare the documents contained in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 of April 16, 2014 in euros or, where applicable, in Pacific francs for establishments subject to this regulation having their registered office in a Pacific overseas collectivity.

These documents shall be sent to the General Secretariat of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority via teletransmission in XML - XBRL format according to the technical specifications necessary for their processing as defined by the General Secretariat of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.

They shall be communicated under the conditions set by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority's Instruction No. 2025-I-05.

CONSOLIDATED INSTRUCTION

Article 2 This instruction shall enter into force upon its publication.
