Maine State Credit Union intent to close its Augusta Eastside branch drive-up facility
Maine State Credit Union notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial Institutions of its intent to close its Augusta Eastside branch drive-up facility located at 162 Hospital St., Augusta, Maine, on or about November 1, 2026. The Bureau of Financial Institutions may require the credit union to submit a comprehensive application in support of this proposal if written comments are received by Monday, September 21, 2026.

Maine State Credit Union, Augusta, Maine, notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial Institutions, pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S. §336, of its intent to close its Augusta Eastside branch drive-up facility located at 162 Hospital St., Augusta, Maine, on or about November 1, 2026. You may request that the Bureau of Financial Institutions require Maine State Credit Union to submit a comprehensive application in support of its proposal through Monday, September 21, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Title 9-B M.R.S. §336. Written comments should be submitted to the Bureau of Financial Institutions, 36 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0036 and electronic comments may be sent to bfi.info@maine.gov . /s/ Lloyd P.
