OFFICE ORDER through which the terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union granted to Unión de Crédito Agrícola, Ganadera e Industrial del Potosí, S.A. de C.V. are modified.

Based on Article 14, second-to-last paragraph of the Credit Unions Law (LUC) and due to the reform to clause SEVENTH of the social bylaws of Unión de Crédito Agrícola, Ganadera e Industrial del Potosí, S.A. de C.V., approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission) via office order No. 311-40776/2024 dated March 25, 2024, point SECOND, fraction II of the authorization to organize and operate with such status, granted to it via office order number 601-II-26683 dated May 25, 1992, is modified, to read as follows:

The authorized social capital shall be $110,000,000.00 (one hundred ten million pesos 00/100 M.N.), represented by 176,000 Series A shares corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 44,000 Series B shares representing variable capital with withdrawal rights, all of them with a nominal value of $500.00 (five hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.

This office order is issued based on the legal provision cited above, as well as in exercise of the powers conferred upon this Commission by Articles 134, 142, and 145, fraction IV of the LUC; 22, fraction III and last paragraph, 45, fraction I, and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
