Modification of Terms for Authorization to Operate as a Credit Union Granted to Unión de Crédito Agrícola, Ganadera e Industrial del Potosí, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the second point, fraction II of the authorization granted to Unión de Crédito Agrícola, Ganadera e Industrial del Potosí, S.A. de C.V., increasing its authorized social capital to $110,000,000.00 Mexican pesos. This change reflects an amendment to the seventh clause of the entity's bylaws and establishes that the capital is represented by 220,000 shares with a nominal value of $500.00 each, divided into fixed capital shares without withdrawal rights and variable capital shares with withdrawal rights. The modification was issued on September 6, 2024, based on Article 14 of the Credit Unions Law following the approval of the bylaw reform in March 2024.
