OFFICE DOCUMENT modifying Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva.

AUTHORIZATIONS TO INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS .-

Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to that institution is modified due to the increase in its social capital.

In view of the fact that by office document 366-II-673/12 of this same date, the reform agreed upon to Article Six of its bylaws was approved, with the aim of increasing its social capital from $331,700,000.00 to $385,500,000.00, which is contained in the testimony of Deed No. 55,127 granted on May 9, 2012, before the notary public Lic. Erik Namur Campesino, Public Notary No. 94, with practice in the Federal District, this Ministry, based on articles 31, fractions VIII and XXV of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, 5th of the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Societies, and 32, fraction VIII, of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit,

has resolved to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

Base II of Article THREE of the authorization granted by office document 366-IV-4100 of December 11, 1995, modified by various documents 366-IV-5260 of October 4, 1996, 366-IV-4360 and 366-IV-6014 of July 10 and October 6, 1997, respectively, 366-IV-159 of May 11, 1999, 366-IV-1755 of April 3, 2002, 366-IV-2653/06 of November 29, 2006, 366-079/08 of April 23, 2008, 366-173/08 of September 26, 2008, 366-174/08 of September 29, 2008, 366-025/10 of March 2, 2010, 366-121/10 of August 2, 2010, 366-214/10 of December 20, 2010, 366-215/10 of December 21, 2010, 366-114/11 of September 15, 2011 and 366-002/12 of January 6, 2012, to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, to function as an insurance institution, in order to carry out life, accident and illness insurance operations,

in the lines of personal accidents and medical expenses, of damages, in the lines of civil liability and professional risks,

maritime and transports, fire, automobiles, credit exclusively in reinsurance, various, as well as earthquake and other catastrophic risks, to remain in the following form:
