Modification of the Authorization Granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies Base II of Article Three of the authorization granted to Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva to set its social capital at 385,500,000 Mexican pesos. This adjustment reflects the increase in capital from 331,700,000 to 385,500,000 pesos approved via the modification of the institution's bylaws. The authorization permits the entity to operate as an insurance institution covering life, accident, health, property, liability, marine, fire, automobile, credit reinsurance, and catastrophic risks.
