MODIFICATIONS to the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans

MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO PENSION PLANS

The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, based on the provisions of Articles 5, fractions I, II, III, and XVI, 11, 12, fractions I, VIII, and XVI, 82, and 83 of the Law of Retirement Savings Systems; Article 27, fraction VIII, 170, and 190 of the Social Security Law; Article 54 of the Law of the Institute for Security and Social Services of State Workers; Articles 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 of the Regulations of the Law of Retirement Savings Systems; and Articles 1, 2, fraction III, and the first paragraph of Article 8 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, and

CONSIDERING

That this Commission has the authority to issue and modify the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans;

That in accordance with Articles Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh of the Decree establishing the National Single Window for Government Procedures and Information, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 3, 2015, ministries, entities, and state-owned productive enterprises must observe the technical criteria, methodologies, guides, instructions, manuals, standards, homogenization principles, and other instruments issued by the Digital Government Unit, which will establish the necessary guidelines and definitions for the implementation, operation, and functioning of the National Single Window, the Catalog, and the National System of Procedures and Services;

That to bring to citizens the sufficient means to request and manage government procedures and services, it is necessary to make known the official format for presenting the application for registration of pension plans audited by Authorized Actuaries, contained in Annex A of the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016;

That this publication only adjusts the design, image, and format of the aforementioned Annex A of the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016, in accordance with the criteria established by the Digital Government Unit, and

That these modifications do not create, modify, or suppress elements or requirements existing in Annex A of the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016;

In virtue of the foregoing, it has been deemed appropriate to issue the following:

MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO PENSION PLANS

ARTICLE FIRST.- Annex A of the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016, which contains the format of the "Application for Registration of Pension Plans Audited by Authorized Actuaries," identified with the homoclave "FF-CONSAR 001" before the Digital Government Unit, is modified.

ARTICLE SECOND.- The printing of "Annex A" must be carried out on white letter-sized sheets.

Interested parties may consult the format via the website of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System or the internet portals made available by the Federal Government for the handling of procedures and services of the Federal Public Administration.

TRANSITORY

SINGLE.- These modifications will enter into force on the next business day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

With the entry into force of these modifications, all those provisions that contravene these are hereby repealed.
