Modifications to the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System modifies Annex A of the General Provisions Applicable to Pension Plans to update the official format for the application for registration of pension plans audited by authorized actuaries. The changes adjust the design, image, and format of the form to align with technical criteria established by the Digital Government Unit, without altering existing requirements or elements. The updated form is identified by the homoclave FF-CONSAR 001 and must be printed on white letter-sized paper. These modifications enter into force on the next business day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
