Modifying Circular 10/18 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular

MODIFYING CIRCULAR 10/18 OF THE SINGLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

(Disposition 39.6.2.)

The National Insurance and Sureties Commission, based on the provisions of articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and

CONSIDERING

That in terms of what is provided in Chapter 39.6 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular, for the purposes of carrying out various procedures referred to in the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, it is necessary for interested parties to present information physically at the facilities of the National Insurance and Sureties Commission.

That the current Disposition 39.6.2 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular establishes the hours, days, and location of the offices of the National Insurance and Sureties Commission corresponding, among others, to its Official Party Office, in order for the entities and persons supervised by said Commission to carry out the delivery of information referred to in Disposition 39.6.1 of the same Single Circular.

That with the aim of providing legal certainty to said persons for the delivery of physical information that they must present before the National Insurance and Sureties Commission, it is necessary to update the address of the Official Party Office of said Commission, which is established in Disposition 39.6.2 of the current Single Insurance and Surety Circular.

For the aforementioned reasons, this Commission has resolved to issue the following modification to the Single Insurance and Surety Circular in the following terms:

SOLE.- Disposition 39.6.2. of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular is modified, to read as follows:

Regarding the information referred to in Titles 2 to 31 and 34, 35 and 37 of these Provisions and which requires physical delivery at the Commission's facilities, its presentation must be made, during business hours from 9:00 to 15:00, on business days, at the Official Party Office of the Commission, located at Fernando Villalpando number 18, Col. Guadalupe Inn, 01020, Mexico City, and

Regarding the information referred to in article 389 of the LISF, other legal, regulatory and administrative provisions, as well as Titles 32, 33 and 36 of these Provisions and which requires physical delivery at the Commission's facilities, its presentation must be made, during business hours from 9:00 to 15:00, on business days, at any of the following Commission offices:

a)

Official Party Office of the Commission, located at Fernando Villalpando number 18,

Col.

Guadalupe Inn, 01020, Mexico City;

b) to f) ...

SOLE.-

This Modifying Circular will enter into force as of August 6, 2018.
