Modifying Circular 10/18 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission updates the physical address for the Official Party Office in Dispossession 39.6.2 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to Fernando Villalpando number 18, Col. Guadalupe Inn, 01020, Mexico City. This change applies to the physical submission of information required by the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions and related regulations. The modification enters into force on August 6, 2018.
