MODIFYING CIRCULAR 8/17 OF THE SINGLE INSURANCE AND SURETY BONDS CIRCULAR

(Provision 39.6.2.)

The National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds, based on what is established in articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance Institutions and Surety Bonds, and

CONSIDERING

That in accordance with what is provided in article 367, fraction VI of the Law of Insurance Institutions and Surety Bonds, and article 4, fraction V of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds, for the exercise of its powers, the National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds will have Regional Delegations.

That according to what is provided in Article 44 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds, the headquarters and jurisdiction of the Regional Delegations of said Commission will be determined by its Board of Directors upon proposal of its President, through an agreement that will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation.

That Provision 39.6.2 of the current Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular establishes the schedules, days, and location of the offices of the National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds corresponding, among others, to the Regional Delegations it has, in order that the entities and persons supervised by said Commission carry out the delivery of information referred to in Provision 39.6.1 of the same Single Circular.

That with the aim of updating the addresses of the Regional Delegations that the National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds has, specifying the information that can be delivered at the offices of said Commission, it is necessary to modify Provision 39.6.2 of the current Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular.

Therefore, this Commission has resolved to issue the following modification to the Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular under the following terms:

SOLE.- Provision 39.6.2 of the Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular is modified, to read as follows:

Regarding the information referred to in article 389 of the LISF, other legal, regulatory, and administrative provisions, as well as Titles 32, 33, and 36 of these Provisions, which require physical delivery at the Commission's facilities, presentation must be made, during hours from 9:00 to 15:00, on business days, at any of the following Commission offices:

a)

Parties Office of the Commission, located at Avenida Universidad 1868, Colonia Oxtopulco Universidad, 04310, Coyoacán, Mexico City;

b)

and c) ...

d)

Regional Delegation Mérida, located at Av. Prolongación Paseo de Montejo, No. 33, Plaza Península, Interior 3, 4th Floor, Col. Benito Juárez, 97119, Mérida, Yucatán;

e) and f) ...

TRANSITORY

SOLE.- This Modifying Circular shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.

This is made known to you, based on articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance Institutions and Surety Bonds.
