Modifying Circular 8/17 of the Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds modifies Article 39.6.2 of the Single Insurance and Surety Bonds Circular to update the physical addresses for submitting information at its Regional Delegations, specifically adding the Mérida office located in Yucatán. The document establishes that physical deliveries requiring presence at Commission facilities must be made between 9:00 and 15:00 hours on business days at designated offices, including the Main Office in Mexico City and the updated Regional Delegations. This modification becomes effective the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
