The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written comments on applications filed by Norwalk Variety, LLC and United Check Cashing for check cashing service licenses. Comments must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Howard F. Pitkin within ten days of the bulletin's date. Additionally, The Bank of Greenwich received approval to relocate its main office from 165 Mason Street to 444-450 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich.
