The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments on a community reinvestment plan filed by GAP V Bankvest, LLC and related entities in connection with their proposed acquisition of approximately 24.9% of Alcar LLC and indirect voting securities in Darien Rowayton Bank. Comments must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Howard F. Pitkin within ten days of the bulletin's date. The plan is available for public inspection at the Department for a period of 30 days.

Plans are submitted when such applications are filed and are available for public inspection and comment at this Department for a period of 30 days.
