OFFICE DOCUMENT through which the annual fees that insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must pay to the National Insurance and Bonds Commission for inspection and supervision rights, corresponding to the 2026 fiscal year, are made known.

INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS AND

MUTUAL INSURANCE SOCIETIES

This Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, through the Insurance, Pensions and Social Security Unit, based on the provisions of Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law and in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 8, first paragraph, and 16 G, fractions II and V of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, considering the information provided, with Office No. 06-C00-72000-13241/2026 dated March 27, 2026, from the National Insurance and Bonds Commission, informs you of the annual fees you must pay for inspection and supervision rights corresponding to the 2026 fiscal year, with a global amount of $860,412,010.00 (eight hundred sixty million, four hundred twelve thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.), according to the list attached and which forms part of this office document. These fees:

I.

Will be computed from January 1, 2026.

II.

Will be deposited into the Treasury of the Federation, via the E5cinco payment system, by electronic transfer, in accordance with the procedure in force.

III.

The deposit must be made through banking institutions one month in advance, within the first five days of each month.

Furthermore, insurance institutions that issue bonds, in addition to the fees indicated in the attached document, must cover the amounts corresponding to bond operations carried out.

Insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must submit their payment receipts to the National Insurance and Bonds Commission no later than the 15th day of the respective month, in compliance with Article 4, third paragraph of the Federal Rights Law.

To facilitate the sending of receipts, they may be sent via email to the following address: cuotas@cnsf.gob.mx or to the offices of said Commission, located at Fernando Villalpando No. 18, Colonia Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón Municipality, C.P. 01020, in Mexico City.

If the right is not paid within the established deadline, updates and surcharges corresponding to the amount to be paid must be added.

In the event that insurance institutions or mutual societies have made an overpayment (any amount paid that is higher than that published in the assessment), the National Insurance and Bonds Commission will proceed as follows:

The insurance institution or mutual society may request, through a written request accompanied by proof of payment, that the corresponding refund be made in accordance with Article 22-C of the Federal Tax Code, or

The obligated subject will request, no later than five business days after making the payment, through the institutional email cuotas@cnsf.gob.mx , that the balance in favor be considered for the next payment(s) to be made.

In the event that the obligated subject does not use options 1 and 2 mentioned above, the provisions of numeral 2 will apply.

This communication is disseminated through the Official Gazette of the Federation, in order to comply with the obligation established by the last paragraph of Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law.
