Notice Announcing Annual Inspection and Supervision Fees for Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies for the 2026 Fiscal Year
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit announces the annual inspection and supervision fees totaling $860,412,010.00 MXN that insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must pay for the 2026 fiscal year. These fees are calculated based on information as of December 31, 2025, and are payable monthly in advance within the first five days of each month via the E5cinco system. Institutions must submit payment receipts to the National Insurance and Bonds Commission by the 15th of the respective month, with specific procedures defined for handling overpayments or refunds.
