Notice Disclosing Fees for Inspection and Supervision Rights Payable by Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies for 2024
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit establishes the annual inspection and supervision fees payable by insurance institutions, mutual insurance societies, pension funds, and health insurers for the 2024 fiscal year, totaling $792,490,100.00 MXN. These fees are calculated based on information as of December 31, 2023, and must be paid monthly in advance within the first five days of each month via the E5cinco electronic payment system. Institutions must submit payment receipts to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds by the 15th of the respective month, with late payments subject to updates and surcharges.

NOTICE by which the fees that insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must pay, for the concept of inspection and supervision rights of the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds corresponding to the 2024 fiscal year, are made known.

INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS AND
MUTUAL INSURANCE SOCIETIES
This Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, through the Unit of Insurance, Pensions
and Social
Security, based on what is provided in article 30 of the Federal Rights Law and
in use of the
attributions conferred by article 16 G, fractions II and V of the Internal Regulations
of the Ministry of
Finance and Public Credit, considering the information provided, with notice
No. 06-C00-72000-07961/ 2024 of April 5, 2024, from the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds,
makes known to you the annual fees
that you must pay for the concept of inspection and supervision rights corresponding to the exercise
2024, with a global amount of $792,490,100.00 (seven hundred ninety-two
million four hundred ninety
thousand one hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.), according to the relationship attached and which forms part of this notice.
These fees:
Will accrue from January 1, 2024.
Will be deposited with the Treasury of the Federation, through the E5cinco payment system, by
electronic transfer, in accordance with the procedure in force.
The deposit must be made through banking institutions one month in advance, within the
first five days of each month.
Furthermore, insurance institutions that issue bonds, in addition to covering the fees set forth
in the attached document, must cover the amounts corresponding to bond operations
conducted.
Insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies must present to the National Commission of
Insurance and Bonds their payment receipts no later than the 15th day of the respective month, in compliance with
article 4o., third paragraph of the Federal Rights Law.
With the aim of facilitating the sending of receipts, these may be sent via email
to the following addresses: ventanillaunica@cnsf.gob.mx , ebravo@cnsf.gob.mx , blaudino@cnsf.gob.mx and
brodriguez_opt@cnsf.gob.mx or to the offices of said Commission, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur
No.
1971 Torre Sur, Floor 2, Colonia Guadalupe Inn, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01020,
in the City of
Mexico.
If the right is not deposited within the established deadline, updates and surcharges corresponding
must be added to the amount to be paid.
This communication is disseminated through the Official Gazette of the Federation, with the aim of giving
compliance to the obligation established by the last paragraph of article 30 of the Federal Rights Law.
