Notice Disclosing Fees for Inspection and Supervision Rights Payable by Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies for 2024
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit establishes the annual inspection and supervision fees payable by insurance institutions, mutual insurance societies, pension funds, and health insurers for the 2024 fiscal year, totaling $792,490,100.00 MXN. These fees are calculated based on information as of December 31, 2023, and must be paid monthly in advance within the first five days of each month via the E5cinco electronic payment system. Institutions must submit payment receipts to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds by the 15th of the respective month, with late payments subject to updates and surcharges.
