The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) informs that, by operation of law, the authorizations for the organization and functioning as investment companies of the 13 listed entities have ceased to have effect, and these societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation. This action was taken because the entities failed to request their transformation into investment funds within the 18-month deadline established by the Decree published on January 10, 2014. The affected entities include Fondo de Desarrollos La Concepción, S.A. de C.V., Fondo de Capital Inverpatri I, S.A. de C.V., Mexplus, S.A. de C.V., Fondo Empresarial Nayarita, S.A. de C.V., Promotora Industrial de Capitales, S.A. de C.V., Fondo Terrum, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Dos, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Cinco, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Siete, S.A. de C.V., Mifel 1, S.A. de C.V., E-Banacci, S.A. de C.V., ZCAP5, S.A. de C.V., and Fondo InverCap ICARV, S.A. de C.V.
