Notice informing that authorizations for the organization and operation as investment companies of the indicated societies have ceased to have effect and such societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation

The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) informs that, by operation of law, the authorizations for the organization and functioning as investment companies of the 13 listed entities have ceased to have effect, and these societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation. This action was taken because the entities failed to request their transformation into investment funds within the 18-month deadline established by the Decree published on January 10, 2014. The affected entities include Fondo de Desarrollos La Concepción, S.A. de C.V., Fondo de Capital Inverpatri I, S.A. de C.V., Mexplus, S.A. de C.V., Fondo Empresarial Nayarita, S.A. de C.V., Promotora Industrial de Capitales, S.A. de C.V., Fondo Terrum, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Dos, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Cinco, S.A. de C.V., Valorum Siete, S.A. de C.V., Mifel 1, S.A. de C.V., E-Banacci, S.A. de C.V., ZCAP5, S.A. de C.V., and Fondo InverCap ICARV, S.A. de C.V.

NOTICE informing that by operation of law, the authorizations for the organization and functioning as investment companies of the societies indicated below have ceased to have effect and such societies have entered a state of dissolution

On the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.- Vice Presidency of Stock Market Supervision.- General Directorate of Stock Market Legal Affairs.- General Directorate of Investment Funds.

NOTICE

Based on Article 38, paragraphs I (first paragraph) and III, of the Decree by which various provisions in financial matters are reformed, added, and repealed and the Law to Regulate Financial Groupings is issued, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 10, 2014 (hereinafter the "Decree"), the National Banking and Securities Commission (hereinafter the "Commission") informs that by operation of law, the authorizations for the organization and functioning as investment companies of the societies indicated below have ceased to have effect and such societies have entered a state of dissolution and liquidation, without the need for a resolution by the general assembly of shareholders, since they did not request their transformation into an investment fund before this Commission within the timeframe referred to in Article 38, paragraph I of the Decree, that is, within the eighteen months counted from its entry into force.
