NOTICE modifying the authorization to organize and function as a popular financial society granted to Impulso para el Desarrollo de México, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

Based on Article 9, second-to-last paragraph of the Savings and Popular Credit Law and derived from the reform to the THIRD clause of the corporate bylaws of Impulso para el Desarrollo de México, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P., approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission via Notice No. 311-82500/ 2019 and 123-5624/2019 dated December 20, 2019, the Second Base, fraction II of the authorization granted to said popular financial society to organize and operate via Notice 210-90289/2010 and 120-86787/2010 dated December 17, 2010, is modified, to read as follows:

" Second. - .......................................................................................................... I. - ...................................................................................................................... II. Its social domicile shall be located in Mexico City and it shall have an Operations Level I. "

This notice is issued based on the legal provisions cited above, as well as in exercise of the powers conferred in Articles 41, fraction I and 58 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
