Notice Modifying the Authorization for Impulso para el Desarrollo de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. to Organize and Operate as a Popular Financial Society
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorization granted to Impulso para el Desarrollo de México, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. to organize and function as a popular financial society. Specifically, the second base, fraction II of the original authorization is amended to establish that the entity's social domicile will be located in Mexico City and it will hold an Operations Level I classification. This modification results from changes approved in the company's third clause of its bylaws.
